In 2019, B.Grimm Technologies was selected to provide an HVAC solution for the renovation of the United Business Centre II in Bangkok. We supplied and installed 39 water-cooled packaged units (model 50BF), with cooling capacities ranging from 10 to 40 tons of refrigeration (TR), to upgrade the building's cooling system for improved efficiency and performance.

UBCII is the first project in the Sukhumvit-Asoke area that combines our passion to optimize the surrounding area and dedication in creating a balanced relationship between a building and its environment. With its prime location, UBCII is situated next to Benjasiri Park offering relief to the demanding city life and is just 5 minutes away from Phrom Phong BTS station.
