In 2019, B.Grimm Technologies was the chosen partner for the renovation of Lumpini Tower in Bangkok. We supplied and installed a 40RBW Air Handling Unit (AHU), a key component in upgrading the building's cooling system, which delivers a robust cooling capacity of 240,000 BTUH.

Lumphini Tower is a unique office-for-rent building, operating as an "office condo" where each unit is owned by a different proprietor. This model makes the rental costs at Lumphini Tower relatively affordable compared to neighboring buildings.

The ground floor features a plaza zone with various coffee shops and retail stores. The surrounding area is also bustling with markets and restaurants. Additionally, its close proximity to the MRT Lumphini Station makes it a highly convenient and attractive office building in Bangkok. The total leasable area is approximately 50,000 square meters.

Our contribution provided an efficient and reliable cooling solution that enhanced the building's energy efficiency and delivered superior indoor air quality. This not only created a more comfortable environment but also supported the tower's long-term sustainability, helping to modernize this key commercial hub.
